Salary: $90,000–$115,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Serve as frontline for inbound inquiries, routing opportunities to editorial, sales, PR, or stakeholders using critical judgment.
• Engage directly with Rare Disease families, patients, and advocates compassionately, identifying opportunities aligned with mission.
• Lead external relationship management, curating experiences, and empowering community ambassadors in partnership with communications team.
• Represent CNBC Cures at events and Rare Disease gatherings to build awareness and relationships.
• Produce and publish daily social content to drive engagement and reinforce editorial priorities.
• Measure community growth and impact, delivering reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with patients/families to biotech CEOs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate in matrixed organization.
• Writing and editing skills in high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience or interest in social media writing, producing, editing, and strategy.
