TL;DR

Principal Account Executive (AI): Selling AI and legal technology solutions to prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments. Focus on shaping company growth and executing multi-stakeholder deals in a complex, consultative enterprise environment.

Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.

Salary: $116,000 to $174,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Own a named list of AmLaw 151+ law firm accounts, managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close.
  • Lead tailored product demos and stakeholder meetings that connect firm-level pain points to practical business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with legal buyers and influencers, including innovation leaders, knowledge management, IT, and practice group stakeholders.
  • Navigate moderately complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with support from sales leadership as needed.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and support long-term account growth.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience selling into mid-market or lower-enterprise customers, ideally with exposure to professional services or regulated industries.
  • Strong consultative selling skills—able to diagnose customer needs, tailor messaging, and articulate ROI.
  • Ability to navigate unstructured segments and accurately identify the key stakeholders within each organization.
  • Experience managing multi-threaded deals, typically involving leadership at all levels.
  • High proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
