What you will do

• Manage a large book of business and their renewal cycles effectively.
• Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s product offerings and roadmap to advise customers.
• Maintain strong partnerships with Customer Success to ensure strategic collaboration and harmonious communication.
• Manage the entire sales cycle for renewals and expansion opportunities, including negotiation.
• Accurately forecast monthly churn and expansion, and maintain a clean SFDC instance.
• Provide a consultative approach to customer needs, including objection-handling and problem-solving.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience selling to or managing customers’ commercials.
• Strong ability to manage a high volume of customer relationships and upcoming renewals.
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for internal and customer-facing interactions.
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adapt to customer needs.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with various departments like CS, Digital Success, Marketing, and Support.
