TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing strategic clients in the BENELUX region, owning the full sales cycle and supporting go-to-market strategies. Focus on increasing revenue, new client acquisition, and delivering thought leadership insights and solutions in the fintech space.

Location: Must be based in The Netherlands, with client meetings and events across The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Willingness to travel is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales plans to exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing strategic clients.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing, including bespoke commercial agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or payments industry selling technical products.
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft multi-product solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
