What you will do
- Develop operational solutions for dedicated accounts to reduce costs and improve operational efficiencies, including upsell opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements.
- Communicate with customer managers and report key performance indicators.
- Secure budget adherence and invoice approval.
- Ensure price adjustments, such as annual indexations.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a relevant business area with hands-on experience in road transport or logistics.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with profit and loss responsibility.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering individual business/operational improvement initiatives.
- Be independent and confident in acting, prioritizing, and making decisions.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
