What you will do

• Define and build key product solutions that enable solopreneurs and micro-businesses to leverage Gemini as a proactive "Operations Manager".
• Architect and deliver specialized experiences and agent building blocks to orchestrate models and tools for multi-step business tasks (e.g., lead nurturing, financial reporting).
• Design intuitive, low-friction interfaces that allow non-technical business owners to unlock high-value AI capabilities instantly.
• Drive ecosystem integration, ensuring Gemini works seamlessly across essential tools (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, third-party applications) while maintaining enterprise-grade security and privacy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in product management, including at least 5 years in senior roles leading consumer products.
• Track record of building consumer products with millions of users that people genuinely love.
• Experience with AI or ML-powered products and a perspective on how AI will change consumer software.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to define product direction in a fast-moving, novel space.
• User-obsessed mindset with a habit of talking to users directly and frequently.

Nice to have

• Proven experience building for Very Small Businesses (VSBs), understanding their time-poverty and need for immediate, tangible ROI.
• Strong grasp of AI model limitations, agentic reasoning, and the tool-calling stack required to automate complex professional workflows.
• Track record of moving from concept to launch on products where product-market fit is still emerging, requiring rapid iteration (0→1 execution).
• Excellent communication skills in translating complex AI research into clear business value and influencing cross-functional teams.
