Executive Assistant (Operational Support): Providing high-quality executive support to the CRO and CMO, managing complex schedules, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and driving operational excellence across Sales and Marketing. Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Foster City, CA office, with an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Salary: $110,000–$130,000

What you will do
- Provide high-quality executive support to the CRO and CMO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense management.
- Anticipate needs and proactively flag conflicts, risks, and opportunities related to executive priorities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, notes, and follow-ups for productive meetings.
- Support and manage SKOs and QBRs, applying hirify.global’s best practices and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, or workflows.
- Act as a strong thought partner to Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, collaborating with stakeholders to move work forward efficiently.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/operations role supporting senior leaders.
- Experience planning and executing events end to end.
- Strong working knowledge of core tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion) and ability to apply them.
- Ability to work on complex tasks and well-defined projects requiring analysis and sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting Go-To-Market organizations.
- Prior experience supporting two executives simultaneously with overlapping priorities.
- Comfortable creating and editing slide decks with strong visual hierarchy and attention to detail.
