What you will do
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide executive support to the CMO, including expense reports and presentation materials.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, event logistics, and vendor management.
- Schedule and organize leadership meetings, offsites, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Partner with Finance to monitor budgets, approve invoices, and manage contract routing.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and coordinate special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and support US time zones, including occasional early mornings or late evenings.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management, and collaboration tools like Slack and Asana.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable with travel domestically as required for meetings and events.
