What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects exploring hirify.global’s BI and AI-powered analytics tools.
- Engage users of free or trial BI tools and qualify them for upgrade and expansion opportunities.
- Drive outbound outreach into target accounts and new personas within existing hirify.global customers.
- Execute thoughtful, multi-channel outreach highlighting ease of use, business value, and AI-driven insights.
- Partner with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to progress opportunities.
- Maintain accurate territory plans, activity tracking, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 6+ months of sales, customer success, or customer-facing experience
- Comfort engaging a range of stakeholders via phone, email, and social channels.
- Strong discovery skills and ability to communicate value clearly.
- Interest in Business Intelligence, analytics, and AI-driven technology.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organization and follow-through.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tools (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Outreach, Demandbase, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
