What you will do

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for the AI platform and related solutions across payor and provider verticals.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on buyer personas, driving messaging, training, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Partner with product management to drive awareness and adoption of AI agents, copilots, and integration offerings.
  • Create thought leadership content, webinars, datasheets, solution briefs, technical white papers, and case studies.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of sales enablement tools, pitch decks, competitive intelligence, and ROI calculators.
  • Analyze marketing campaign and sales performance data to refine messaging and optimize win rates in target accounts.

Requirements

  • Product marketing or product management experience in a B2B enterprise tech setting, with 3+ years serving the health insurance and/or healthcare provider markets.
  • Proven success owning marketing strategies for complex platforms or multi-product portfolios.
  • Track record of driving measurable results across customer acquisition and expansion motions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong data orientation and customer empathy.
  • Located in the SF Bay Area with a hybrid work schedule 3 days a week in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

  • Experience marketing applications that integrate with Salesforce, Google, or enterprise AI platforms.
