What you will do

• Own messaging & positioning for Autonomous Identity across products, solutions, and personas.
• Lead competitive intelligence to succinctly and specifically articulate ‘why hirify.global’.
• Build and execute processes for product launches, alliance partnerships, new integrations, and more.
• Create content that converts people into believers in the future of Autonomous Identity.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with experience leading or owning PMM at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Strong background in security, ideally at a fast-growing security company.
• Proven strength in messaging, positioning, and narrative development for technical products.
• Experience with solutions marketing and translating product capabilities into buyer value.
• Demonstrated success partnering within marketing and cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Exec teams.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, especially while growing a high-performance team.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the identity, IAM, IGA, PAM, or adjacent domains.
• Claude Code or Claude Cowork or other similar AI-native tool acumen.
• Track record running analyst relations and influence.
• Customer expansion & adoption marketing, including messaging for post-sale value, upsell, or platform expansion.
