TL;DR

Customer Marketing Manager: Driving customer-focused initiatives to strengthen engagement and revenue growth within the existing client base with an accent on expanding networks, identifying opportunities, and developing campaigns. Focus on leading the planning and execution of customer marketing programs and continuously assessing their impact to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Location: Full-remote within the UK or Spain. Applicants must have a work permit for these countries.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute contact acquisition strategies within existing accounts to expand reach and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver mid-funnel engagement initiatives, including physical and virtual events, to strengthen relationships and generate qualified expansion opportunities.
  • Organize and lead 1:1 customer workshops, interpreting insights through the client’s business lens to drive follow-up expansion conversations.
  • Own all customer email communications, including newsletters and targeted upsell/cross-sell campaigns.
  • Lead the strategic development of customer nurturing programs based on product usage data and intent signals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or a related area, with a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with experience crafting engaging content and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (ideally Hubspot) and CRM environments such as Salesforce.
  • Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
