What you will do
- Develop prospecting and overall sales strategies along with sales leadership.
- Identify ideal customers within the LATAM region.
- Execute successful sales campaigns, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.
- Manage pricing and contract negotiation processes with hirify.global leadership and customers.
- Achieve and consistently exceed activity metrics and sales quotas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
- Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships with major accounts in the SaaS market.
- Confidence in your ability to run high-volume pipelines in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in the ICM and/or CRM/SaaS tech space to become a subject matter expert.
- Ability to align working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
