TL;DR

Location: Fully remote, with required alignment to Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do

  • Develop prospecting and overall sales strategies along with sales leadership.
  • Identify ideal customers within the LATAM region.
  • Execute successful sales campaigns, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.
  • Manage pricing and contract negotiation processes with hirify.global leadership and customers.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed activity metrics and sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships with major accounts in the SaaS market.
  • Confidence in your ability to run high-volume pipelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in the ICM and/or CRM/SaaS tech space to become a subject matter expert.
  • Ability to align working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
