What you will do
- Take a leadership role in driving hirify.global sales for an assigned territory and acquiring new customers.
- Identify new opportunities and grow business within assigned customers.
- Act as the expert on hirify.global in a collaborative sales approach with strategic technology and channel partners.
- Build and execute innovative business plans with strategic partners to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate the hirify.global story and platform, coordinating additional cross-functional resources as needed.
- Grow and convert pipeline from multiple sources, establishing reference customers and accurately forecasting sales results.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in a sales and/or business development role within Information Technology (Hardware, Software, Networking) with SaaS selling experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business and/or Computer Science/IT preferred).
- Entrepreneurial, aggressive, energetic, self-starter with an established skillset in solution and relationship sales.
- Proven history of performance in developing and maintaining strong prospect, partner, and customer relationships, including presenting to senior levels.
- Proficient in team selling approaches and comfortable applying business acumen and financial expertise.
- Prior experience and proficient user of Salesforce or other enterprise-level CRM systems.
