What you will do
- Coordinate and deliver CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, app inbox, and in-app messages.
- Write conversion-focused copy and design email templates aligned with marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize campaign performance and develop playbooks.
- Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to provide actionable insights and improve marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate tracking and attribution of CRM activities and develop performance dashboards with data team.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work in hybrid model with office presence in London or Budapest
- 2-4 years experience in email marketing campaigns with commercial outcomes.
- Strong CRM fundamentals and experience with platforms like Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, or Mailchimp.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in fintech or regulated consumer technology preferred.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and translate business objectives into measurable marketing activity.
