Product Marketing Manager (Youth): Driving marketing strategies and go-to-market launches for youth product offerings with an accent on understanding customer needs and competitive landscape. Location: Remote from Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the UK
Salary: PLN18,400 - PLN29,100 gross monthly (Krakow/Poland)

What you will do
- Identify customer needs and behaviour for youth products globally, creating data-driven insights.
- Drive go-to-market launch strategies, owning audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, and PR.
- Develop research plans to uncover customer insights and validate the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to execute go-to-market campaigns.
- Run experiments to test hypotheses and ensure analytical rigour in campaigns.
- Scale product marketing efforts globally by operationalising resources like playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience in B2C product, growth, or consumer marketing, preferably in a hyper-growth global tech company.
- Passion for ’s products and knowledge of fintech/payments markets.
- Expertise in setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns.
- Solid track record in consumer marketing across various channels.
- Ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights for campaigns and product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
