What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimise high-volume commercial email campaigns.
• Develop triggered and behavioural sends alongside ad hoc campaigns.
• QA builds meticulously to ensure flawless rendering and performance.
• Run structured experiments to improve revenue, conversion, and engagement.
• Contribute 30% strategic input to optimisation efforts.

Requirements

• Hands-on CRM/email experience within a fast-growing B2C digital business.
• Confidence using an enterprise ESP (Braze experience highly advantageous - open to Iterable, Bloomreach, etc).
• Basic HTML knowledge for email builds and familiarity with dynamic content or Liquid.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to articulate your personal campaign impact.
