What you will do
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders and managing budgets and timelines effectively.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including emails, websites, and social media.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and collaborate with the sales team for conversion.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all campaign materials.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
