What you will do

• Execute online trading campaigns and promotional activity across UK and ROW.
• Optimise site merchandising, navigation, internal search, and product placement.
• Analyse daily and weekly performance data to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with CRM, Performance Marketing, SEO, and CRO teams to maximise sales.
• Manage and develop a Digital Trading Assistant to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce or digital trading within a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical ability with confidence interpreting trading and KPI data.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google tools, and data reporting platforms.
• Understanding of international markets and promotional compliance.
• A proactive, commercially focused mindset with strong communication skills.
