Salary: $160,000–$320,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
• Lead high-impact discovery, value-selling, and multi-threaded deal cycles with C-level stakeholders.
• Drive technical conversations around product integrations and deliver compelling demos.
• Partner with founders and GTM leaders to iterate on messaging and scale repeatable sales motion.
• Maintain a healthy, high-velocity pipeline with strong close rates and forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to the processes, culture, and foundation of a world-class sales organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in Series A–C startups.
• Proven ability to consistently close $80K–$300K ACV deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC).
• Technically curious and confident in AI/ML and integration conversations.
• Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter.
• Ownership-first mindset, self-aware, and feedback-driven.
