TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Salesforce): Responsible for scheduling meetings with top prospects, working with the enterprise sales team in Paris with an accent on cold calling, emailing, Linkedin, and in-person events. Focus on researching and identifying new companies, exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, and accurately tracking customer interactions in Salesforce.
Location: Must be based in the Paris, France area and be able to commute into our office at least 3 days a week.
Salary: €40,000 - €45,600 a year

What you will do
- Drive outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and in-person events to schedule meetings with top companies in France.
- Research and identify new companies and individuals to target based on current market conditions and events.
- Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly targets which includes meetings booked, opportunities created, and total pipeline contribution.
- Track customer interactions and information accurately in Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Work independently and remotely while contributing to sales efforts locally and globally.
Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Must be based in the Paris, France area and be able to commute into our office at least 3 days a week.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in French and English.
- Is able to travel to events and conferences locally and globally.
Nice to have
- Previous work experience working in a technology or similar company in the field of sales, or at the very least a passion to get into the world of sales.
- The ability to craft compelling emails and presentation materials that can entice prospects online to take a meeting with you.
- The skill of being able to speak well, whether it’s over the phone or in-person.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
