What you will do

• Assess accounts and develop strategies to identify and engage buying centers, guiding deals forward.
• Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for new logo accounts.
• Identify and close quick wins while managing complex sales cycles.
• Support data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement.
• Maximize the impact on your ecosystem by orchestrating and working with teams.
• Own the consumption story, identifying viable use cases to maximize hirify.global’ impact.

Requirements

• Strong background in growth & new business development, with closing experience and quota over-achievement when selling to public sector accounts.
• Experience with Public Sector procurement frameworks and mechanisms.
• Sales experience within Cloud software, open source technology, or Data and AI space.
• Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based subscription services (SaaS) and co-selling with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams.
• Understanding of identifying key uses cases and buying centers to increase the impact and business value of hirify.global.
• Eligibility for SC clearance (existing clearances held would be an advantage).
