What you will do

• Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy for hirify.global AI in the Netherlands.
• Identify relevant target industries, segments and AI voice use cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with early adopter customers and key stakeholders.
• Support customer acquisition in close collaboration with Sales and Presales teams.
• Contribute to product positioning, messaging and roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Sales teams across countries.

Requirements

• Experience in market development, business development, customer success or consulting.
• Background in SaaS, AI or technology-driven environments is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a must
• Strong interest in AI, automation and cloud communication technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Cultural sensitivity and solid understanding of the Dutch market.
