What you will do

• Influence key customer champions and buyers’ decision-making by partnering with Global Sales.
• Drive market and ecosystem development for new solution areas by cultivating relationships with VCs and market leaders.
• Communicate GTM’s perspective on market trends to inform decisions for new solutions and product design.
• Educate customers on solving critical business problems using hirify.global platform solutions.
• Drive end-to-end commercial success from design through GA phase on all new technologies and solutions.
• Prioritize company big bets by driving multi-product adoption and diversifying the product mix.

Requirements

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience in launching new products or solutions to market.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Ability to have strong opinions loosely held and willingness to lean into ambiguity.
• Prior background in corporate development and/or M&A.
• Strong understanding of hirify.global’s products and services, as well as the broader market dynamics of SaaS and AI.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively to get things done.

Nice to have

• Industry domain expertise in CIAM and/or data.
• Ability to read trends and articulate strategic GTM perspective.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business outcomes.
• Demonstrated aptitude in sitting in the intersection of GTM and R&D.
