What you will do
- Execute multi-channel outreach including cold calling, email, and social engagement to target senior finance leaders.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a high-quality pipeline for the Account Executive team.
- Nurture long-term prospect relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Utilize industry-leading prospecting tools to identify and target growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and partnerships to refine outreach strategies and share best practices.
- Consistently strive to meet or exceed daily and weekly revenue targets and performance KPIs.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role required.
- Fluency in English (company language) and German required.
- Strong drive and ambition to grow rapidly within a high-performance sales environment.
- Comfortable and effective with high-volume cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on taking initiative and achieving tangible results.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS company structure.
