What you will do

• Develop and refine the BNPL product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with payment partners to integrate BNPL solutions onto the platform.
• Manage the end-to-end process of BNPL transactions, from onboarding to dispute resolution.
• Work with the analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to BNPL solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, BNPL, loan, finance, or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.
