BNPL Product Manager - Global Payment (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and refine the BNPL product roadmap and strategy with legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and product data to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Integrate white-label or cobranded BNPL solutions with payment partners while maintaining a seamless user experience and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end BNPL transaction lifecycle, from customer onboarding through dispute and issue resolution.
• Develop performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards with the analytics team.
• Coordinate with customer support and operations to resolve BNPL-related customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, BNPL, lending, finance, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience across the full product management lifecycle, including ideation, roadmap development, prioritization, and launch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and departments.
