What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise prospects across the UK & Ireland.
- Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal negotiation and signature.
- Present hirify.global’s value proposition to C-level executives and senior stakeholders through tailored demos and strategic discussions.
- Forecast sales opportunities accurately and contribute to market expansion planning.
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to identify potential leads and regional growth opportunities.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS or API-based sales experience, ideally in enterprise e-commerce or martech environments.
- Demonstrate a track record of exceeding targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Possess strong technical acumen and the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple, business-oriented way.
- Excel at building relationships with senior decision-makers and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
- Communicate fluently in English and be open to travel the region.
