TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Martech): Driving new business and managing the full sales cycle for hirify.global's promotions & loyalty platform across the UK and Ireland with an accent on selling into complex organizations, C-suites, and technically robust solutions. Focus on building strong partnerships, accurately forecasting sales opportunities, and delivering measurable value to enterprise clients.

Location: Full-time role based in London. Requires 30% travel within the UK & Ireland region. Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide is available.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise prospects across the UK & Ireland.
  • Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal negotiation and signature.
  • Present hirify.global’s value proposition to C-level executives and senior stakeholders through tailored demos and strategic discussions.
  • Forecast sales opportunities accurately and contribute to market expansion planning.
  • Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to identify potential leads and regional growth opportunities.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS or API-based sales experience, ideally in enterprise e-commerce or martech environments.
  • Demonstrate a track record of exceeding targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Possess strong technical acumen and the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple, business-oriented way.
  • Excel at building relationships with senior decision-makers and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Communicate fluently in English and be open to travel the region.
