Sales Leader (EMEA): Managing and scaling the EMEA Mid-Market & Enterprise team with an accent on direct, expansion, and channel sales. Focus on building a world-class sales team, coaching Account Executives, and improving sales playbooks to solidify market leadership in password management and beyond.

Location: Must be located in the EMEA region

What you will do

  • Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute deal planning strategies to increase close rates.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers for the long term.
  • Understand buyer needs and objectives to distill customer value.
  • Manage the front-line voice of hirify.global by effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Build and manage a growing team of sales executives, coach them, and instill a culture of accountability.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise sellers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing SaaS technology sales teams.
  • Proven sales achievements and a passion for coaching and developing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Inside sales experience and an understanding of security and password management technologies.
  • Must be located in the EMEA region. This role will be filled with a full-time contractor.
