TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Automation): Driving adoption and expansion of an intelligent workflow platform by ensuring customers realize its full potential through proactive engagement and identifying new automation opportunities. with an accent on translating technical customer needs to internal teams, developing comprehensive account plans, and mitigating risks to customer success. Focus on orchestrating successful customer journeys, fostering internal champions, and shaping future product development through impactful feedback.

Location: Remote (USA - West Coast, PST or MST time zones). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $125,000 OTE (salary + commission)

What you will do

  • Lead customer onboarding, ensuring use cases and requirements are met efficiently.
  • Translate technical customer needs to internal teams and provide valuable product feedback.
  • Coordinate business reviews to evaluate performance and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with internal resources to build account plans and increase platform usage.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer goal achievement.
  • Develop and drive renewal plans, delivering strategic value to C-Suite and management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical account management, customer success, or post-sales role at a technology company.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (e.g., cybersecurity, DevOps, IT).
  • Experience asking questions to uncover problems, locate new opportunities, and translate technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of APIs and how they function.
  • English: B2 required
