What you will do
- Scale partnerships with strategic financial partners across Asia Pacific (banks, wallets, payment facilitators, etc.).
- Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and market share through cross-sell and up-sell.
- Act as a trusted partner, ensuring client satisfaction, account retention, and contractual health.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, compliance, operations) to improve offerings and roll out new services.
- Manage customer requests and explore new value-add opportunities.
- Ensure best-in-class, methodical partner management utilizing KPIs and CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- ~5 years+ B2B partnerships/account management experience with financial institutions, payments, or SaaS companies in APAC countries.
- Proven ability to grow revenue share.
- Operationally focused with strong negotiation skills for complex sales cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (compliance, legal, solutions delivery, treasury, finance).
- Proficient in English.
