TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (AI): Bridging innovative product and customer needs by demonstrating hirify.global's platform value and driving complex technical sales. Focus on leading proof of concepts, designing bespoke post-sales implementation plans, and enhancing sales processes in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid (New York, United States). Requires visa sponsorship for US work if applicable. Commitment to 3 days in the office per week is required.

Salary: $160,000 – $180,000

What you will do

  • Be one of the founding members of this small but mighty team.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand customer requirements and drive evaluations.
  • Develop and continuously enhance a deep understanding of the platform's technical capabilities and integration possibilities.
  • Plan and lead proof of concepts to demonstrate the platform's feasibility and effectiveness.
  • Identify and improve sales processes by developing collateral for sales, enablement, and process.
  • Work hand-in-hand with customers to build bespoke post-sales implementation/roll-out plans and guide them through the process.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a similar role, preferably at a SaaS company, with experience running complex technical sales processes.
  • Inquisitive and curious nature, enjoying continuous learning about customers, technology, and incident management.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with sales processes, problem-solving, and collaborating with customers to design solutions during pre and post-sales.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, operating with autonomy and building resources.
