TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager: Defining and executing plans for direct revenue generation and brand value expansion through a newly established Reseller Model. Focus on acquiring new hotels, nurturing partner opportunities, and optimizing portfolio growth within the NORAM region.

Location: Hybrid in Dallas with regular travel within the region.

What you will do

  • Support resellers in acquiring new hotels, managing high-growth partners to drive new property growth.
  • Identify, prospect, and nurture new partner opportunities to deal closure across North America.
  • Lead commercial discussions, deliver value, and negotiate contractual terms with partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of technology partners to unlock growth across the group.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to gain new strategic accounts in NORAM.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the Reseller team globally, to ensure the overall team achieves its goals, objectives and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales capacity, driving revenue growth and hitting KPIs.
  • Extensive experience in a strategic commercial role with a background in hospitality and/or technology SaaS.
  • Understanding of the hotel industry and the dynamics of PMS & CRS space.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and enhance partner relationships, negotiate, and sell.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing, growing and managing a partnership/key account/channel sales portfolio.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region (quarterly).
