What you will do
- Generate new revenue by supporting reseller acquisition of hotels and managing high-growth partners.
- Identify and nurture new partner opportunities across North America.
- Lead commercial negotiations and deliver value in contractual discussions.
- Optimize and grow a portfolio of technology partners.
- Pursue new strategic accounts in North America.
- Meet KPIs and align strategic account expectations with commercial commitments.
- Travel regularly within the region (quarterly travel).
Requirements
- Must be located in or near Dallas, United States with hybrid work model.
- Proven sales experience driving revenue growth and hitting KPIs.
- Understanding of the hotel industry, PMS, CRS, and distribution space.
- Experience in strategic commercial roles within hospitality and/or SaaS technology.
- Strong partner relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Track record of managing partnerships and key accounts in hospitality or technology sectors.
