What you will do
- Support resellers in acquiring new hotels, managing high-growth partners to drive new property growth.
- Identify, prospect, and nurture new partner opportunities to deal closure across North America.
- Lead commercial discussions, deliver value, and negotiate contractual terms with partners.
- Manage a portfolio of technology partners to unlock growth across the group.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to gain new strategic accounts in NORAM.
- Demonstrate commitment to the Reseller team globally, to ensure the overall team achieves its goals, objectives and SLAs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales capacity, driving revenue growth and hitting KPIs.
- Extensive experience in a strategic commercial role with a background in hospitality and/or technology SaaS.
- Understanding of the hotel industry and the dynamics of PMS & CRS space.
- Ability to create, maintain, and enhance partner relationships, negotiate, and sell.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing, growing and managing a partnership/key account/channel sales portfolio.
- Ability to travel regularly within the region (quarterly).
