Product Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI): Leading the development of new AI agents and related offerings for healthcare and life science customers with an accent on identifying unmet market needs, validating concepts, and driving zero-to-one launches. Focus on defining product vision, strategy, and execution for innovative products in the agentic communication space.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Office, Mon/Tues/Thurs). This position is for Bay Area only.

What you will do

• Lead all product efforts around the development of new AI agents and related offerings for various customer segments.
• Interview prospective customers and users, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for new use cases.
• Define the product vision and strategy for all new offerings, gaining buy-in with internal stakeholders.
• Define target outcomes and key success metrics, partnering with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Launch Minimally Viable Products that achieve product-market fit and iterate to maximize revenue.
• Act as the external and internal spokesperson for new product offerings.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated track record in identifying opportunities, successfully building and launching zero-to-one products.
• Deep understanding of analytics and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development life-cycle.
• Ability to thrive in a "startup" environment: enjoys wearing several hats and operating autonomously.
• Proven ability to work with engineering teams to create clear requirements, manage backlogs, and track progress in tools like JIRA.
• Prior background and experience in working in healthcare is highly preferred.
• Prior work experience in AI is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Proficient at wireframing and editing designs in Figma.
