What you will do
- Own and meet target quotas related to qualified opportunities, response SLA, sales pipeline value, and revenue.
- Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Discover customer pain points and use cases, mapping them to hirify.global solutions for enterprise sales opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
- Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar capacity in the technology industry (SaaS preferred).
- Languages required: English, German, and French.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
