Director Sales Engineering (EMEA): Leading and scaling the EMEA Sales Engineering organization, focusing on operational excellence, team leadership, and consistent execution across diverse markets. Location: Hybrid, based in the UK, United Kingdom. Work is limited to the EMEA region. Temporary remote work from anywhere in the world is possible for up to 2 months after 6 months of employment.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and support Sales Engineering managers and senior individual contributors at scale.
- Drive regional effectiveness and consistency, owning the EMEA Sales Engineering operating model.
- Embed a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Oversee workforce planning, resourcing, and succession to optimize talent and capacity.
- Maintain high standards for ’s value communication across the EMEA region.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or related customer-facing technical roles.
- Significant experience leading managers and senior leaders.
- Proven experience operating and sustaining Sales Engineering organizations at scale across EMEA.
- Strong operational mindset with experience improving consistency, efficiency, and execution quality in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage established teams through periods of change while maintaining stability and performance.
- Comfortable partnering at executive level, influencing outcomes through insight, credibility and calm decision-making.
