What you will do

• Design and implement commercial contracts workflow, from intake to signature to filing.
• Build legal operations infrastructure from scratch, defining processes and implementing legal technology tools.
• Implement and manage privacy program under attorney supervision, handling data subject requests.
• Negotiate routine commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts, SaaS agreements) with attorney oversight.
• Develop metrics and reporting to track legal team performance and workload.
• Coordinate cross-functional privacy compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as a paralegal, legal operations professional, or privacy program manager.
• Experience building or significantly improving legal processes and workflows.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts (SaaS, vendor, licensing agreements).
• Working knowledge of privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR) and DSR management.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar).
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth tech startup or in-house at a technology company.
• Familiarity with OneTrust, TrustArc, or similar privacy management platforms.
• Experience with entertainment, media, or music industry contracts.
