TL;DR

Business Development Representative (AI): Supporting outbound sales, lead qualification, and early-stage client relationships for an AI-driven innovation lab with an accent on creating qualified opportunities and feeding a high-quality pipeline. Focus on executing outbound activities, identifying new markets, and nurturing early-stage relationships with international clients.

Location: Remote (Global)

Compensation: 100% performance-based collaboration with a percentage on every closed deal and a fixed fee for each BANT-qualified lead.

hirify.global is an AI-driven Innovation Lab that designs and launches next-generation AI products, including the Alteryon platform for lifelike AI Avatars and digital ambassadors.

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and execute outbound activities (cold email, calls, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Support the Head of Growth in identifying new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities.
  • Participate in selected events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities relevant to AI and innovation.
  • Conduct structured research on prospects, competitors, and market signals.
  • Build and nurture early-stage relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and contribute directly to sales goals and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or similar commercial roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with B2B decision-makers.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent).
  • Structured mindset with follow-up discipline, pipeline hygiene, and documentation.
  • Interest in AI, digital products, or innovation-driven environments.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.

  • German language skills (DACH focus).
  • An existing client portfolio.
