What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and execute outbound activities (cold email, calls, LinkedIn outreach).
- Support the Head of Growth in identifying new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities.
- Participate in selected events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities relevant to AI and innovation.
- Conduct structured research on prospects, competitors, and market signals.
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and contribute directly to sales goals and revenue generation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or similar commercial roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in speaking with B2B decision-makers.
- Ability to work with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent).
- Structured mindset with follow-up discipline, pipeline hygiene, and documentation.
- Interest in AI, digital products, or innovation-driven environments.
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.

- German language skills (DACH focus).
