TL;DR

Account Manager (Finance): Identifying upsell opportunities and delivering new Annual Recurring Revenue within existing Midmarket accounts, leveraging the MEDDPICC framework to manage complex sales cycles. Focus on building strong consultative client relationships and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Location: Hybrid in the United Kingdom with an option for temporary remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months after 6 months of employment.

What you will do

  • Identify upsell opportunities and deliver new ARR within existing Midmarket accounts.
  • Leverage the MEDDPICC framework to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
  • Build strong, consultative client relationships to understand their goals and position hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewal Managers, and Sales Engineers.
  • Proactively build, manage, and forecast a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to upsell.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B account management, ideally within the Midmarket segment using a MEDDPICC sales framework.
  • Experience overseeing a UK book of business.
  • Familiarity with FP&A or ERP technology and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Proven success in accurately forecasting and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
