TL;DR

Salary: $90,000 + $60,000 OTC

What you will do

  • Develop target account lists grounded in market potential and execute multi-channel outreach.
  • Spend 80% of time in the field meeting business owners and uncovering opportunities.
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery, deliver polished in-person product demos, and navigate pricing discussions.
  • Apply consistent qualification frameworks and close new business with a trusted-advisor mindset.
  • Maintain detailed activity tracking and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.
  • Partner with SDRs, marketing, product, and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Represent hirify.global at local events and build a recognizable presence in the Miami community.

Requirements

  • At least one year of full-cycle B2B software sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Experience building and managing a target account list and outbound pipeline.
  • Confidence engaging with prospects in person, over the phone, and online.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working toward activity and conversion metrics.
  • Skilled negotiation abilities and solid business acumen.
  • A natural sense of urgency, positivity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Miami, FL.

  • Background selling to beauty, aesthetics, or self-care businesses, with Medspa experience.
