What you will do

• Drive the long-term vision and technical strategy for critical areas of hirify.global’s platform.
• Hire, grow, and retain top engineering talent; mentor emerging leaders; and foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation.
• Own the delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring clear alignment between product goals and technical execution.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Guide system architecture, scalability, and maintainability across product domains; champion best practices in code quality, testing, reliability, and security.
• Shape organizational structures, career paths, and team processes to promote high performance and strong engineering culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers or larger organizations.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and developing engineers and managers.
• Deep experience delivering complex, customer-facing software at scale.
• Strong judgment in balancing product velocity with long-term technical quality.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive both technical and organizational roadmaps.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
