What you will do

• Hire, coach, and mentor software development talent to optimize individual and team contributions.
• Drive technical and process improvements in collaboration with Application Principals and Systems Architects.
• Maintain hands-on development responsibilities across the full software development lifecycle, including design and coding.
• Research and integrate new technologies to ensure the modernity of development practices.
• Implement KPIs to measure success and participate in long-range IT strategic planning.
• Champion an inclusive team culture and provide constructive feedback during code walkthroughs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• At least 1 year of team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Web Technologies (Web API, MVC, WCF).
• In-depth understanding of application security and OWASP principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOAP and REST web service technologies.
• Advanced parsing of data exchange formats (XML, JSON, fixed width).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and AJAX.
• Advanced SQL skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Experience with message queuing systems.
