TL;DR

Business Development Manager South Germany (Holiday Parks & Campsites): Driving customer acquisition and regional growth across Southern Germany, managing the full sales cycle. Focus on consultative selling, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the sales strategy for the German market.

Location: Remote (ideally based near major transport hubs such as Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Oberstdorf, Berchtesgaden or the Schwarzwald region).

What you will do

  • Proactively generate and follow up on new leads.
  • Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and client retention.
  • Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems (Hubspot).
  • Report on sales results and market trends.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or relevant experience within the recreation sector (holiday parks or campsites), ideally within SaaS or tech.
  • A proven track record in acquiring new clients and hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with consultative selling and presenting complex solutions.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent command of both German and English.
