What you will do
- Proactively generate and follow up on new leads.
- Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and client retention.
- Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems (Hubspot).
- Report on sales results and market trends.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or relevant experience within the recreation sector (holiday parks or campsites), ideally within SaaS or tech.
- A proven track record in acquiring new clients and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with consultative selling and presenting complex solutions.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and results-driven approach.
- Excellent command of both German and English.
