TL;DR

Large Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Qualify and develop enterprise leads, design outbound campaigns, and build a high-quality sales pipeline with an accent on consultative sales and strategic collaboration. Focus on engaging decision-makers at C-level, managing complex organizational structures, and contributing to process improvements.

Location: Must be based in Chemnitz, Leipzig, or Dresden region or willing to relocate. Hybrid work with 2 days per week onsite in Chemnitz.

What you will do

  • Qualify and develop sophisticated enterprise leads from C-level contacts and other sources
  • Design and manage outbound campaigns to identify new business opportunities in the DACH region
  • Use consultative sales methodologies to analyze priorities and act as a trusted advisor
  • Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline in collaboration with Senior Account Executives and Marketing
  • Arrange qualified meetings with key stakeholders at management and board levels
  • Contribute experience to improve prospecting processes and provide feedback to Sales Management

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, software, or technology
  • Degree or relevant vocational training in Business Administration, Communications, or similar
  • Enthusiasm for digital transformation and employee communication in large corporations
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and persuasive presentations at decision-making level
  • Excellent German skills (C2) and fluent English communication
  • Must live in Chemnitz, Leipzig, or Dresden region or be willing to relocate
  • Ready to work onsite 2 days a week in Chemnitz
