Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Perk's hubs. Relocation support may be available.

What you will do

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and follow up across multiple channels (phone, email, social).
• Qualify inbound prospects against key criteria to determine fit and conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and articulate Perk’s value proposition.
• Nurture and re-engage older inbound leads through structured outreach and personalized follow-up sequences.
• Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce, ensuring full visibility across the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Partner with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth and value-driven handover process.

Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills - comfortable engaging decision-makers over phone and email.
• Business fluency in German and English is a must.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine curiosity to understand business needs.
• Data-driven and organized; able to prioritize follow-ups and manage multiple inbound opportunities.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn SaaS sales processes.
• You must have legal authorization to work in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot is a plus, but not required.
