Requirements
- Proven experience in management roles (2+ years).
- Sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience.
- Retention and customer relationship management experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Italian.
- Able to work in a constantly changing environment and dynamics.
- Able to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities.
