What you will do
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects that would be a good fit to work with hirify.global.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Interact with Engineering, Product, and Finance decision-makers via telephone and digital channels.
- Manage lead and prospect activity within the CRM to ensure effective lead management.
- Run prospect calls to qualify potential opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
- Contribute to GTM experiments that will accelerate hirify.global’s revenue growth.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally as an SDR or in a similar role.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work either independently or through coaching.
- Passion for cutting-edge technology with the aptitude to learn new software products quickly.
