TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Identifying high-potential prospects and developing inbound/outbound campaigns for an AI and software monetization platform with an accent on lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development. Focus on interacting with engineering, product, and finance decision-makers and exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) in San Francisco, CA, USA

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 OTE (with Equity and Commission)

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify high-potential prospects that would be a good fit to work with hirify.global.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Interact with Engineering, Product, and Finance decision-makers via telephone and digital channels.
  • Manage lead and prospect activity within the CRM to ensure effective lead management.
  • Run prospect calls to qualify potential opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
  • Contribute to GTM experiments that will accelerate hirify.global’s revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally as an SDR or in a similar role.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work either independently or through coaching.
  • Passion for cutting-edge technology with the aptitude to learn new software products quickly.
