TL;DR

Client Success Manager (Fintech): Driving client success post-sales by ensuring maximum value from the hirify.global platform, leading to adoption, retention, and renewal with an accent on strategic guidance, partnership, and identifying optimization opportunities. Focus on becoming a trusted advisor, advocating for clients, and gathering feedback for next-gen solutions.

Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is based in New York City, NY or Salt Lake City, UT.

Salary: $69,000–$107,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of the hirify.global platform and apply it to client requirements and industry challenges.
  • Provide client support to senior team members during implementation, business reviews, and ongoing tasks.
  • Develop success plans for clients, supporting critical metrics to drive adoption and identify optimization and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide continuing education and insights to clients relating to product updates and usage patterns.
  • Assist in the identification of new revenue opportunities for Account Managers and participate in client presentations.
  • Advocate for clients, building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a RIA, Single Family Office, or Multi Family Office-oriented business, preferably in a client-facing role for financial products or services for UHNW clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a consistent framework or process approach to problem-solving.
  • Technology knowledge that helps you engage and have credibility with product groups and clients.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Experience building and improving client engagement strategies with a track record of success.
  • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating resolutions.
  • Ability to establish relationships with key influencers, with executive presence and ability to navigate all organizational levels.
  • Ability to navigate data and people to find answers.
  • Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to travel.
