Technical Program Manager (AI)

Technical Program Manager (Security & AI): Driving the execution of critical security programs and cross-functional Responsible AI initiatives with an accent on information security, AI-enabled product development, and governance. What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of core information security programs, including cloud security, tooling, risk reduction, and compliance.
• Drive Responsible AI programs that operationalize security, privacy, governance, and risk management controls for AI-enabled systems.
• Partner with various teams (Security Engineering, AppSec, SecOps, GRC, AI/ML, Privacy, IT, Legal, Data Analytics, Engineering, Product) to define scope, goals, and metrics.
• Develop detailed program plans covering timelines, dependencies, resourcing, risks, and mitigation strategies for Security and Responsible AI.
• Coordinate technical execution across multiple teams, ensuring requirements are defined, tracked, and delivered.
• Proactively manage risks related to security posture, AI misuse, data protection, and regulatory expectations, reporting on program health and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or related technical field OR equivalent experience managing technical/security programs.
• 4-5 years of experience in technical program management, with demonstrated delivery of complex, cross-functional security initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Responsible AI concepts, including AI security risks, data protection, model governance, transparency, and accountability.
• Strong understanding of information security domains such as cloud security, application security, identity and access management, incident response, and governance/risk/compliance.
• Proficiency in program and project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate security and Responsible AI risks and drive execution across multiple teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Coursework or certifications related to project/program management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
• Foundational security or cloud certifications (e.g., Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner).
