Location: Utah-based hybrid position, requiring some regular in-office days each week.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of core information security programs, including cloud security, tooling implementations, risk reduction, and compliance readiness.
• Drive Responsible AI programs that operationalize security, privacy, governance, and risk management controls for AI-enabled systems.
• Partner with Security Engineering, AppSec, SecOps, and GRC to translate security strategy into executable program plans.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, Privacy, IT, Legal, Data Analytics, Engineering, and Product teams to define scope and success metrics for Responsible AI initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans covering timelines, dependencies, resourcing, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, critical paths, and delivery risks, driving proactive resolution.
• Track and report on program health, risks, and outcomes using meaningful metrics and KPIs.
• Apply an AI-forward mindset to improve program tracking, documentation, analysis, and execution efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field OR equivalent applicable experience managing technical or security-focused programs.
• Employment with hirify.global is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
• 4-5 years of experience in technical program management, with demonstrated delivery of complex, cross-functional security initiatives.
• Experience managing security-focused technical programs in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of Responsible AI concepts, including AI security risks, data protection, model governance, transparency, and accountability.
• Strong understanding of information security domains such as cloud security, application security, identity and access management, incident response, and governance/risk/compliance.
• Proficiency in program and project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence).

Nice to have

• Coursework or certifications related to project/program management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
• Foundational security or cloud certifications (e.g., Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner).
