Program Manager (Data Intelligence & Analytics)

What you will do

• Engage with various operations teams to plan, track, and manage the execution of programs and initiatives.
• Develop clear and transparent communication channels to align with business stakeholders and other delivery teams.
• Support DIA managers in requirements gathering, project tracking, meeting alignment, and documentation.
• Partner with DIA managers on quarterly planning and roadmap tracking of engineering teams.
• Collaborate with team leads to develop executive reporting materials.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years experience in planning and prioritization for highly cross functional teams
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong competency with project management tools (Confluence, JIRA) and various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc).
• Comfortable managing tight deadlines, changing priorities, and ambiguity.
• Knowledge of technical program management and a desire for continuous improvement.
