Senior Program Manager (Operations)

What you will do

• Manage communication for Product ARR Groups, identify gaps, and implement solutions.
• Plan and organize cross-team events, including town halls and data collection for Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Drive initiatives to improve collaboration across Product and Engineering leadership.
• Oversee critical non-engineering global projects, create execution frameworks, and monitor progress.
• Leverage analytics to assist leadership in making data-informed decisions, providing visibility into resource management and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in program/project management.
• Ability to work effectively and communicate with leadership at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across various timezones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Drive, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Coupa.
